We will be able to give you an approximate price of the repair or service. When we have the machine in our work shop we will dismantle the machine and find the faulty part.
We would contact you at this point to explain what we have found and what is needed to repair it. This could be parts, plugs, oil (disposal cost will be charged for this) or petrol.
Once we have your approval we will order the parts needed and continue with the repair and contact you when ready for collection.
If your machine needs a service we will dismantle it, clean and check all parts, grease as needed, change oil (disposal cost will be charged for this).
